Essentially, they use the unique performance of PTFE to "safeguard" the production process. This can be analyzed from the following five key dimensions:
1、 Corrosion resistance: resistant to the vast majority of chemical media, solving the pain point of "equipment corrosion and scrapping"
      In industrial production (such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection and other fields), strong acids (sulfuric acid, nitric acid), strong bases (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide), and strong oxidants (hydrogen peroxide, chlorine based solvents) are common materials. Ordinary metal equipment (carbon steel, stainless steel) is prone to corrosion, leading to equipment leakage and shortened service life (usually requiring replacement within 1-3 years), while the corrosion resistance of tight lined PTFE plates covers almost all chemical media:

      The tight lining process (using high-temperature molding, bonding, and other methods to tightly adhere the PTFE plate to the inner wall of the equipment without gaps) avoids "medium infiltration and corrosion of the equipment substrate", extending the equipment life from 1-3 years to 8-15 years and significantly reducing the cost of equipment replacement for the boss (such as a 10m 3 carbon steel reaction kettle, tightly lined with PTFE can replace expensive Hastelloy kettles, with a cost only 1/3 to 1/2 of the latter).
2、 Low surface friction coefficient: anti sticking and easy to clean, solving the problem of "residual sticky materials and scaling"
      In the fields of food processing (such as sauces and chocolates), pharmaceuticals (traditional Chinese medicine extraction, paste like excipients), coatings, etc., sticky materials are prone to adhere to the inner walls of equipment, leading to "residual waste, difficult cleaning, and cross contamination":
      The surface friction coefficient of Teflon is relatively low (only 0.04, almost the lowest among all solid materials), and viscous materials (such as honey, resin, and ointment) cannot adhere to its surface. When unloading, the residual rate of materials can be reduced from 5% to 10% of ordinary equipment to below 0.1%, directly reducing raw material waste (calculated based on an annual output of 1000 tons of sauce, 50-100 tons of raw materials can be saved each year, worth hundreds of thousands of yuan);
      When cleaning, there is no need for strong scratching or the use of corrosive cleaning agents. Simply rinse with clean water, reducing cleaning time by 60% to 80%, while avoiding damage to the inner walls of the equipment due to cleaning, reducing labor and maintenance costs (especially in the pharmaceutical industry, which can reduce the complexity of "cleaning validation" and meet GMP compliance requirements).
3、 Wide temperature range stability: adapted to "alternating high and low temperature" working conditions, solving the problems of "equipment deformation and performance failure"
      Some production processes involve high-temperature heating (such as chemical reactions, food baking) or low-temperature freezing (such as refrigerant storage, low-temperature reactions). Ordinary lining materials (such as rubber, polyethylene) are prone to aging, cracking, and deformation at extreme temperatures, while PTFE sheets have an extremely wide temperature adaptability range:
      It can maintain stable performance from -200 ℃ (low-temperature freezing scenario, such as liquid nitrogen related equipment) to 260 ℃ (high-temperature scenario, such as hot oil heating reaction kettle), without softening or brittle cracking, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion (only 1/10~1/5 of metal).       For example, in the plastic processing industry, tightly lined PTFE screws and barrels can withstand high temperatures above 200 ℃, while preventing plastic melt from sticking to the wall and carbonizing, avoiding the problem of "frequent shutdown to clean carbonized materials" (traditional equipment needs to be shut down for 1-2 hours a day for cleaning, but after tight lining, continuous production can be achieved, and daily production can be increased by 10% to 15%).
4、 Safety compliance: Meet the "hygiene and non-toxic" requirements of industries such as food, medicine, and environmental protection
      The food, pharmaceutical, and drinking water treatment industries have strict requirements for the "hygiene and safety" of equipment materials (which must comply with FDA, GMP, GB 4806, and other standards). Ordinary metals or lining materials may have the risk of "heavy metal precipitation and chemical substance migration", while PTFE sheets:
